Workplace Safety & the Pathway to Violence: Lessons from the July 28th Shooting
In the wake of the tragic workplace shooting on July 28, 2025, this 60-minute session will focus on how organizations can identify and interrupt the pathway to violence before it escalates. Attendees will learn to recognize the warning signs of concerning behavior, understand the stages of escalation, and explore actionable steps leadership can take to foster a safer workplace.
Led by Black Ops Tactical Consulting, this session is designed for business owners, HR professionals, security personnel, and organizational leaders who take employee safety seriously. We will examine real-world indicators seen in recent incidents and provide guidance on how to create a proactive safety culture within your organization.
