“The city of Worcester is expanding the scope of its current entertainment rules and regulations to include a new category of live entertainment for nightclubs. The city is considering changes to the licensing, permitting and inspection procedures for nightclubs and restaurants.  These recommendations are intended to make nightclubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues safer for patrons and to make the permitting process more predictable and consistent for business owners. City staff members from various departments will be available to answer questions.”
