Leslie began her career in DOT compliance in 1990 working in the drug and alcohol testing department of an occupational health clinic. Much of that time was spent working with companies regulated by either the Federal Aviation Administration or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. In 2010, Leslie established Compliance Systems LLC, a consulting organization with dual emphasis on motor carrier regulatory compliance and service provider training. A full-service consulting firm, Compliance Systems specializes in policy & procedure, management and execution of regulatory guidelines, document management, and software / education solutions for employer needs. She currently serves as the lead solution specialist for the ARCpoint Labs compliance team.
