HR professionals and business owners who attend will learn about the latest cases and statutes regarding Human Resources/Employment law developments, and will be given best practice advice on how to best position their companies to comply with these new legal decisions and statutes; e.g. Wage and Hour changes, restrictive covenants, PFML, anti-discrimination law changes, etc.
Mr. Bartulis received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. He graduated from Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Mr. Bartulis is a frequent speaker nationally, regionally, and locally for many large trade organizations on all aspects of labor and employment law and education law. He is Chairperson of Fletcher Tilton’s Employment and Labor Law Practice Group where he advises unionized and non-unionized employers on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship and through all phases of employment, from onboarding to separation. Additionally, he has published numerous articles on topics related to employment and labor law. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, the Worcester County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
