Healthy Aging
As some of you may know, I have my own radio and TV show="WellnessWave Radio, LLC.
I was approached to give a seminar to "The Retired Friends Club of Greendale", formally known as The Retired Men's Club of Greendale.
This is a large very well-run group out of The Greendale Y in Worcester.
All are welcome and you don't need to be a member.
As with all my seminars I run it like a game show and give out prizes.
I encourage audience participation.
Bottom line=this will not be a boring lecture.
If you're 18 or 80, I guarantee you will get something useful out of this and also guarantee it will be a lot of fun.
Seminar starts at 9am but they open at 8am and have free coffee.
