Workplaces for Inclusion Certificate Program
The Workplaces for Inclusion Certificate Program is a real-world, interactive learning experience designed for leaders and practitioners navigating inclusion work in today’s complex and highly scrutinized environment. Developed by Global View Communications, the program is intentionally structured around what organizations can do now, not theory or aspirational frameworks that are disconnected from the current day-to-day realities.
Across two segments of five focused topics each, participants will build skills they can immediately use in decision-making, workforce strategy, recruitment, communications, and culture. All learnings are grounded in today’s legal, political, and organizational context.
Intended Audiences
This certificate program is designed for inclusion allies and those interested in inclusion. Participants will include executives, people leaders, HR and communications professionals, and practitioners who need to evolve their thinking amid the current environment of heightened scrutiny around inclusion.
Registration Details
When you register for the Workplaces for Inclusion Certificate program you are automatically enrolled in all topics. These are 1-hour virtual sessions held on specified Tuesdays from 9:30am – 10:30am (see dates below).

$1,000.00
There will be an in-person graduation ceremony.
Program Topics and Dates
SEGMENT 1: Meeting The Moment: Inclusion Essentials (April 7-June 2)
Topic 1: The World as It Is – April 7th
Provides an unvarnished look at the current DEI landscape. Attendees will examine how political, legal, and cultural forces have reshaped inclusion work. This topic will also discuss why the language, labels, and framing around inclusion matter as much as intent, if not more.
Topic 2: Inclusion Constructs in Practice – April 21st
Explores how inclusion shows up operationally through concepts like community, belonging, and fairness. Additional attention is given to translating abstract inclusion ideas into concrete actions organizations can realistically take today.
Topic 3: Building an Organizational Strategy – May 5th
Focuses on developing a tailored inclusion strategy that fits an organization’s structure and culture, while being mindful of tolerance to risk. Attendees learn about moving beyond strategic templates toward decisions that can be implemented.
Topic 4: The Financial Consequences of Inclusion – May 19th
Connects inclusion efforts to business outcomes. Attendees will examine how workforce strategy, brand trust, retention, and revenue are affected when inclusion is treated as an asset instead of an afterthought.
Topic 5: Why DEI Becomes an “HR Issue” – June 2nd
Examines why inclusion is often siloed in HR. This topic also emphasizes how to engage executives and skeptics around inclusion, plus how to navigate resistance by reframing inclusion as a leadership and investment decision as well as a moral mandate.
SEGMENT 2: Operating Under Pressure (June 16-Aug 25--Separate Registration)
