Employment Law Coffee Break
For 2024, we're refreshing our annual Employment Law Update to bring you more in-depth topics once per quarter. Each virtual meeting will focus on 2-3 topics and will be run in a roundtable format to allow for discussion. These meetings will not be recorded.
On February 8, we'll kick-off with a potpourri of employment law developments from 2023 and what to expect in 2024. Discussions will include:
- Developments from the National Labor Relations Board that affect management of employees and employer policies
- MA Paid Family and Medical Leave news
- Anticipated changes with requirements for employee exemptions from the Fair Labor Standards Act
- EEOC guidance related to harassment training and policies
