Join us for our Community Monthly Health and Wellness Seminar Series hosted by A Better Path to Wellness at the Greendale YMCA in Worcester. This ongoing seminar series is designed to empower individuals with practical tools and education to take charge of their health in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Led by Kellie Hamilton, BSN, RN, Holistic Nutritionist and Phil George, Biochemist, Health Coach and host of Wellness Wave Radio, this series covers today’s most pressing health topics. Bring your health concerns and questions and get them answered!

Each seminar offers evidence-based education and meaningful connection with others on a similar wellness journey. Attendees receive high-value professional guidance at a fraction of the cost of private coaching, along with helpful resources and giveaways from local wellness businesses.

Seminars are held monthly on Sundays at 11 am in the lower level studio at the Greendale YMCA, located at 75 Shore Drive Worcester MA. Cost is ten dollars per person and the event is open to both YMCA members and non members. Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted at time of entry.
