Please join the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce for a seminar on the SBA’s 504 Loan Program with an approved lender, the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC). The 504 loan is an SBA-funded program that provides long-term, fixed rate financing for small businesses to purchase equipment or real estate. The funds are used for capital – for the purchase of land and buildings, new construction and renovation, and acquisition of equipment and vehicles.
 
The 504 loan provided by WBDC is an excellent way for small business owners to work with a local nonprofit lender to expand their business. With a low down payment, fixed rates, and long terms, the SBA 504 Loan protects business owners against fluctuations in real estate valuations and other market changes, and gives them the flexibility in their year-to-year budgets.
