Please join the Auburn Chamber of Commerce for a seminar on the SBA’s 504 Loan Program with an approved lender, the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC). The SBA 504 Loan Program is a U.S. Small Business Administration guaranteed loan that provides long-term, fixed rate financing for small businesses to purchase major fixed assets or refinance debt. 

 

The SBA 504 Loan Program provided by the WBDC is an excellent way for small businesses to work with a local CDC lender to expand their business. Borrowers can obtain up to 90% financing with a 25-year fixed rate using the SBA 504 Loan. Learn more details about this great program at our seminar.
