Fundraiser to support the educational mission of Notre Dame Health Care. Evening festivities include reception with hors d’oeuvres, music, mingling, raffles followed by an inspiring educational program (and dessert!). Our theme is focused on Wellness & Mindfulness--our featured speaker Tessa Todd Morgan is a mindfulness expert, personal growth coach and accredited trainer in Emotional Intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of TRIESSENCE, Tessa presents nationally and has coached hundreds of individuals and organizations to achieve a balance of physical, mental and spiritual wellness. She will share her talk "Find Your TRIESSENCE: A mindfulness journey for a joyful and fulfilling life"
