Seminar Series: “Intro to Project Management”

Topic: Introduction to Project Management
The workshop focuses on a high level overview of fundamental project management: Scope, Time, Cost and Quality. Participants will learn the importance of defining project requirements; communication with stakeholders and project team members; resource allocation and working within budget. The workshop is designed to provide valuable tools and insights for ensuring project success. Participants will learn:

• How to conduct effective meetings, the role of status updates to project sponsor
• How to define project risk and manage quality
• How to schedule tasks from a resource allocation perspective
• How to create a simple work break down structure (WBS)
