About Us
Chashu will set the bar for the Asian dining experience in Worcester and surrounding, and then continue to raise it. A diverse menu featuring Izakaya (informal Japanese small plates), Ramen (traditional Japanese soups made from slow simmered stocks) and Robatayaki (morsels of meat, seafood and vegetables grilled over white Bichotan charcoal). Curated bar menu featuring craft cocktails, imported specialty beers, imported whisky, global wines & sake served alongside Temaki (hand-rolled cones) at the bar only.
