Amy Peterson, General Manager, DCU Center


Amy Peterson serves as the General Manager of the DCU Center, a 14,000-seat arena and attached convention center owned by the City of Worcester and operated by Legends Global. With more than 25 years of experience in venue management, event operations, marketing, public-sector leadership and community engagement, she brings a unique blend of industry expertise and civic leadership to one of Central Massachusetts’ top entertainment and convention destinations. 

Prior to her appointment as General Manager in February of this year, Peterson served as Chief of Staff for City Manager Eric Batista, where she collaborated with municipal leaders, community stakeholders, and regional partners on strategic initiatives and municipal operations. 

A native of Worcester and graduate of Worcester State University, Peterson is deeply rooted in the Worcester community and committed to enhancing the DCU Center’s role as a top performing entertainment destination and catalyst for economic growth in Worcester.
